I hired Erica as my unbundled family lawyer after having experience with unbundled lawyer in another state, and knowing how expensive hiring an attorney traditionally can be. Erica was INCREDIBLY thorough - I don’t think any attorney has (or ever will!) go as deep into my case as Erica did to identif...y the issues I could possibly address and to keep me focused on finding peaceful settlement and agreement with my coparent. Her advice made me feel more confident about the facts and in the end, I was a more capable advocate for myself. I would highly recommend Erica to any parent in Indiana.

I will try to be brief, but could commend Erica in paragraphs. This is the attorney you want if you desire an amicable, collaborative divorce with or without kids. My divorce includes a child and despite how terrible I might believe my ex is, I am not interested in staying in the court system fightin...g forever. It’s a vicious cycle all people/parents should try and avoid when possible. Erica has an outstanding court presence but her real desire is to help even the high conflict parents figure things out outside of the courtroom, whenever possible. She listens better than anyone I’ve met, and cares deeply. She wants collaboration and real resolve for her clients and is not going to encourage dragging out awful disputes, and legal proceedings for her own gains. She has been outstanding and I could not have gone through this dreaded kind of experience without her expertise.

I contacted Erica during my search online for a divorce Attorney when my Ex-husband filed for a divorce. Erica was able to talked with me with in the same 1hr of my phone contact with her Law firm. She is very straight forward and can feel your emotion through the phone. I was so nervous since the ...divorce was a shocked to me and a child custody was involved.
