Erica Vicsek Speraw

I will try to be brief, but could commend Erica in paragraphs. This is the attorney you want if you desire an amicable, collaborative divorce with or without kids. My divorce includes a child and despite how terrible I might believe my ex is, I am not interested in staying in the court system fightin...g forever. It’s a vicious cycle all people/parents should try and avoid when possible. Erica has an outstanding court presence but her real desire is to help even the high conflict parents figure things out outside of the courtroom, whenever possible. She listens better than anyone I’ve met, and cares deeply. She wants collaboration and real resolve for her clients and is not going to encourage dragging out awful disputes, and legal proceedings for her own gains. She has been outstanding and I could not have gone through this dreaded kind of experience without her expertise.

I came to Erica, prior to my daughter being born. Explained to her my concerns and fears. She took it on with pride. Here’s the thing; if you want a run of the mill lawyer, go somewhere else. People say “you get what you pay for” that’s false. She was much cheaper than all other attorneys and I thi...nk I got treated much better. She’s EXTREMELY FAST at replying. Answers questions as if you you were paying her per sentence. If you want an attorney willing to give you the straight up facts, and won’t lie. She’s for you. We were about to settle with an agreement; I kept asking “what should I do??” Her response is “I’m not going to lie; I don’t have a glass ball to tell you. I’m not going to promise you something I can’t get you in the courts. I can get this agreement NOW but I can’t promise you what the judge will set on” She won’t promise you something you can’t win. Her prices are amazing. Her knowledge of the judges and court is incredible. Needlessly; I won every I asked for and MORE bc of her case during trial. Bottom line… Erica did so much for me and put me into my little girls life; not bc “it’s her job” but because she understood.
