Nick Artusi

Mr Artusi represented a very close friend of mine and I was privy to almost every interaction they had. He is simply not the right fit for a high conflict divorce regarding custody with any degree of parental alienation, which was extreme in this case. The outcome of litigation was always in favor... of the abusive narcissistic ex-wife, and ultimately led to my friend to almost literally start over with new counsel after 4+ years. A seemingly nice man, but unwilling to represent in a manner necessary to offset strategies of aggressive opposing counsel, or even to correctly represent my friend at the final court date. Beyond disheartening.

The worst example of what’s allowed in our legal system. He was appointed to represent my son’s best interest and never met my son nor took the time to see how he responded with my husband and I, vs his birth mother. As long as he got the paycheck from St. Joseph Co. he was satisfied. Luckily the bi...rth mother has allowed us to raise him, however my son has mental issues along with physical issues that are neglected due to the fact she never gave us legal rights so we can not follow up with medical care nor his schooling, and who suffers here, my son. Artusi did not care what was in my son’s best interest, he didn’t care about anything but his paycheck. People like him have no business in family law, he hurts children rather than taking the time to do what he’s paid to do, and put these innocent souls first. Nicholas Artusi is a disgrace to the law.

I have an adult son who is dealing with some emotional disabilities. Mr. Artusi treated him respectfully as he would any other client. Went to court to modify parenting time, minor name change and contempt charges for baby momma. Mr. Artusi tried several times to hold a mediation. Had a hearing when... all attempts we made at mediation failed. At the hearing, there was a separation of witnesses, so I didn't get to hear the other parties testimony. My son did however. He said Mr. Artusi did a great job. I got to go back inside the courtroom to hear the ruling. He must have done a great job because the other party was held in contempt, we got the hours, days and everything we asked for as far as parenting time goes. We even got some Attorney fees paid. Mr. Artusi put a lot of time and hard work into this and I am thrilled with the results. I couldn't give him anything but the highest rating.

I have used Mr. Artusi for numerous things over the last two years. He is great at keeping me up to date and fully informed of whatever he is working on for me. He is a tough character in the courtroom, I certainly wouldn't want to have to go against him. In every instance I've used Mr. Artusi he has... gotten done exactly what I expected to be done. I highly recommend using Mr. Artusi.
