Nick Artusi

I have an adult son who is dealing with some emotional disabilities. Mr. Artusi treated him respectfully as he would any other client. Went to court to modify parenting time, minor name change and contempt charges for baby momma. Mr. Artusi tried several times to hold a mediation. Had a hearing when... all attempts we made at mediation failed. At the hearing, there was a separation of witnesses, so I didn't get to hear the other parties testimony. My son did however. He said Mr. Artusi did a great job. I got to go back inside the courtroom to hear the ruling. He must have done a great job because the other party was held in contempt, we got the hours, days and everything we asked for as far as parenting time goes. We even got some Attorney fees paid. Mr. Artusi put a lot of time and hard work into this and I am thrilled with the results. I couldn't give him anything but the highest rating.

I have used Mr. Artusi for numerous things over the last two years. He is great at keeping me up to date and fully informed of whatever he is working on for me. He is a tough character in the courtroom, I certainly wouldn't want to have to go against him. In every instance I've used Mr. Artusi he has... gotten done exactly what I expected to be done. I highly recommend using Mr. Artusi.
