Jessica McPheeters

I have used Jessica's services a number of times. She helped me review and revise my living trust besides advising me on real estate matters. She is always available and responds to my questions right away. She explains things in a easy to understand manner. Staff is also very helpful and supportive.... I highly recommend her for your legal needs.

I had a consultation with Ms. McPheeters at the end of December 2024. I sent documents a few days later. She responded in an email that she would contact me the following week. I called the office and left voice mail several times between then and end of February. (No one ever answers - I had to list...en to an extended automated message and press "5" to leave a message for her ASSISTANT - not her). No one returned my calls. No one ever emailed me again. Today I left another message. Her assistant said she was "no longer interested in taking my case," apparently because I had called Met Life Legal Plan in the interim and asked if I could consult another attorney. Immature and unprofessional.

Poor follow-up. First time: she disappeared when it was time to respond to a dispute and I then had to follow-up on my own and thankfully won the dispute without this attorneys follow-through. Second time: sent a letter to the company I had a dispute with that was filled with errors and ambiguities a...nd the company took me court. The letter she sent failed to include a detailed audit trail of details provided in a spreadsheet, but she attempted to provide a summary, which was inaccurate. When I addressed the above two concerns with her that I needed her attention since we were now going to court, she ended the relationship 3 weeks before the court date and said I needed to get another attorney.
