Initial contact was a little rocky but after making contact with Attorney McPheeters, it was smooth sailing. She provided a consultation session and answered all of my questions. After the consultation, I hired her. Jessica was very helpful, guiding and answering any questions I had along the way.... I hired Atty Heine in 2020 to assist me as an out-of-state personal representative for my deceased father's estate. I had found her law firms card among his personal effects and thought it would be a good place to start. I am so thankful that I made that call. Although I was thousands of miles aw...ay, she was excellent in her responsiveness and her expertise was unparalleled in what turned out to be a complex probate case. She never failed to provide effective counsel and was always available to answer questions, assist with family situations and calm my nerves when things dragged on for several years. She worked tirelessly to resolve the many issues that came up with the case and did an excellent job of managing things especially considering we opened the case at the start of the pandemic. I can't thank her enough for the hours she spent researching and providing options for the different activities I had to fulfill as a personal representative. She represented me when necessary and kept any trips I needed to make to Indiana for any court-related items to a minimum. I know this isn't her only area of practice, but I am sure she excels at whatever she does.
