Jessica McPheeters

Jessica McPheeters is an attorney licensed to practice law in Indiana, providing legal services in estate planning, probate, real estate, business matters, and civil litigation. She represents individuals, families, and businesses with a practical, results-driven approach focused on clear guidance and effective advocacy.

Jessica has significant trial experience and regularly represents clients in complex civil matters. In addition to her private practice, she serves as a Guardian ad Litem for incapacitated adults, advocating for the best interests of vulnerable individuals, and sits as a Judge Pro Tem, bringing a balanced and informed perspective to her legal work.

She assists clients with estate planning and probate administration, real estate transactions, business formation and operations, and civil litigation, guiding them through each stage of the legal process with care and attention to detail.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating in 2017. Her business background and courtroom experience allow her to deliver well-rounded counsel across a wide range of legal matters.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys visiting national parks with her husband and son and is an avid Indiana University basketball and football fan.
