Biography
I am licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois and I have practiced law for ten years. I concentrate my practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and criminal defense. I have formerly served as the Program Chairperson for the Paralegal Studies program at the Valparaiso Campus of Ivy Tech Community College and have taught courses in both bankruptcy and criminal law. I have also lectured on the subject of bankruptcy law at Valparaiso University School of Law. In addition, I have previously served as a deputy public defender in Porter County, Indiana, and have represented hundreds of clients in criminal proceedings.
I am a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and I currently serve as the Vice President for the Porter County Bar Association.

Good Character
Nick shows a sincere and encouraging interest in my problem and to protect my rights. No one person has all of the answers, however questions he cannot answer honestly Nick makes inquries and gets back with solid facts. Nick is not a lawyer of political method instead that of an honest character.
