Mr. Bennett and staff are great. He helped me when I got an OWI in Porter County. He was very helpful with getting things rolling before the initial court date and also in getting me special driving privileges since I was working out-of-town at the time. I was ticketed unjustly by the Indiana DNR for an alleged fishing violation.  I did some thorough research for defense attorneys and found Mr. Bennett.  I contacted him via email and he called me the next day.  He understood my situation and all of the facts surrounding the matter.  He told me that h...e would likely find a favorable outcome and boy did he come through.  He was able to convey to the prosecutor's office of my intentions to fight this case to the very end and that I would be willing to go to trial - because the facts were on my side and I was innocent.  Mr. Bennett successfully presented my case and it was promptly dismissed, saving everyone's time.  Yes, it would have been cheaper to just pay the ticket, but my name is clear and a wrong has been righted.  If you believe that you have been wronged by the DNR, I highly recommend Andrew L. Bennett.  He understands fishing and hunting regulations and is highly respected by the prosecuting districts.  I will tell you that his name will be on my speed dial as my representation.  I did my research on the ramifications of DNR charges and they can do some damage.  There is a "points" system which can even affect your driving privileges.  It's no laughing matter, get Bennett before you ever step foot in a Courtroom.
