Excellent Attorney
John Acosta has absolutely changed my life. When I found myself in a bit of legal trouble, I tried calling a bunch of different attorneys. When I had my consultation over the phone with John Acosta, I can honestly tell you that I have never felt more comfortable and well informed in my life. He took the time to let me speak and state my case as well as make sure I knew of every possible outcome that may or may not happen. I have never been in trouble with the law before and I had probably one too many questions, but he didn't get frustrated with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with our decisions moving forward. I am very happy with the outcome of my criminal case and I have been very blessed to have such a nice, wholesome and understanding attorney representing me throughout my case.

Great attorney
He handled everything I needed and it was done in a timely fashion. I even got a refund back once it was all done! I would hire him again. No problem!

Name change
My mother hired John Acosta to assist with the legalities of a name change. He took the time to explain the process and the issue was resolved easily with his help.

Would recommend Attorney Acosta
I recently hired John Acosta. John takes the time to prepare his clients, answer questions and concerns and has his clients best interest at heart. He has a wide experience in different fields working with different prosecutors offices and police departments and seems to have built a solid network in law in NWI. He is well versed in different areas of the law, ie criminal, family, and immigration. Very quick wit and prepared.

Visitation and Name change
Before I hired Attorney John Acosta Jr. I had nothing in my case. With his help everything changed. To make my story short, he helped me receive my full visitations, added me to my daughters birth certificate, and he helped me get my last name placed on the birth certificate. I will recommend Attorney John Acosta Jr. to everyone I know that needs a good lawyer. Attorney John Acosta Jr. I would like to thank you for all the help you gave me for my case.

Divorce
John is knowledgeable on the topic at hand, direct and to the point. He has the ability to keep the client on point and ALWAYS stays within the interest of the client and what is ultimately best for them. Once on task, his main goal is a quick resolution resulting in an agreement that s ultimately fair for all. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and the dissolution agreement reached with his representation in the courtroom.

Fair and competent
I found myself involved in an unexpected legal matter this past fall. I didn’t know who to turn to. I was concerned and needed a lawyer. This one lawyer had good ratings so I called. It was the best call I ever made. Mr. Acosta listened to what I had to say, gave me great advice. He also told me his fee upfront and what might happen. He was very reassuring and prepared. Not having dealt with the legal system in any capacity previously, it was intimidating to say the least. Well, we won. I paid a retainer fee initially which I felt was very fair and then he told me I may get money back. When all was said and done, I received money back! I feel I received not only excellent advice and representation but was dealing with someone who was fair both in pricing and in practicing law as well. I highly recommend Mr. Acosta.

Extremely pricey and no result
Hired him to represent me in a child custody case where he did nothing and accomplished nothing. Billed me continually including to send out statements. Insanely expensive and incompetent. Always threatening to drop my case just prior to hearings even when they were just continued and he knew beforehand unless I paid. Your initial retainer will not be enough.
