Mr Semko is very professional and his secretary Jane , they are straight forward people that do what they say in a timely manner if I could give him 6 stars I would I received my driver's license back after four months from receiving a owi , him and his staff is awesome.

Not up front or honest/ Scammer
Charged 750 for special driving privileges. After all other requirements were satisfied license was not valid. Counsel was aware I would not be valid yet still charged me for nothing. I could've not driven and waited out the 90 day suspension and been valid on my own!!
