Runs a great show

We didn’t really see or speak much with Steve until the big day for us, and he was very thorough, very concise, and very reasonable. He was empathetic to our wild situation, but he wanted to work with us to make things right for us. We felt a personal connnection and never that we were treated like... a number or just some names on a paper. That personal touch trickles down to his entire staff, and that meant and means a lot to us on our adoption journey.

Heartfelt, Expert, Seasoned Pro

Entering into the adoption world, and making the choice to do so is never an easy thing to do, for both sides of the equation. Our experience has been one of education, empathy, and exceptional treatment. They just know what they're doing - period. You can tell there is a lot of love and it shows ...as it truly is a family run firm. Without Kirsh and Kirsh we would never have found our amazing Birth Mother or become parents to our amazing little boy!

Adoption Review

Kirsh and Kirsh was wonderful to work with when we adopted our daughter in 2003. All the staff were very knowledgeable, and friendly! They kept in communication, which was very important to us. We had been through a different agency, and that wasn't the case. Kirsh and Kirsh truly cares about the bir...th mom's well being. Steve was awesome to work with all the other Kirsh's, and staff! We recommend them to anyone who is considering Adoption!

Steve is wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Overwhelmingly competent counsel, kind staff, quick and efficient communication, and above all else, a passion for what they do. We would recommend Kirsh and Kirsh to anyone looking to adopt! So grateful for them!

Excellent work

We have adopted 2 children with the help of Kirsh & Kirsh. It's hard to believe but our daughter started high school and our son started 7th grade recently! The Kirshes are amazing and I am so thankful we found them. After speaking with both Steve and Joel initially, my husband and I felt so much ...more comfortable with the adoption process. Both are extremely professional and personable and so is everyone we have made contact with in the office. Both of our children's adoptions went smoothly, any minor issues worked through efficiently. I have answered many questions over the past 14 years about our experience and I always recommend prospective adoptive parents contact Kirsh & Kirsh.
