Olivia has been patient in my court case. Over the past two years she has answered numberous questions and put my mind at ease from any anxiety. Olivia helped me with with my divorce. She is very kind and knowledgeable in matters relating to Family Law, however, she is struggling with her attention to detail. Examples: 1. She sent me my docs to review and at a glance it looked good until I noticed someone else's name in a couple on parts.... Did she use a template? Appeared she just used a copy and replace. 2. I had a 10 minute phone call and on my invoice she billed 45 min. It was just questions and required no additional follow up. 3. I was never updated with progress and I had to keep calling to find out. She would always be like, "Oh yea, uhh should be ... uhh, let me check."
