Olivia helped me with with my divorce. She is very kind and knowledgeable in matters relating to Family Law, however, she is struggling with her attention to detail. Examples: 1. She sent me my docs to review and at a glance it looked good until I noticed someone else's name in a couple on parts.... Did she use a template? Appeared she just used a copy and replace. 2. I had a 10 minute phone call and on my invoice she billed 45 min. It was just questions and required no additional follow up. 3. I was never updated with progress and I had to keep calling to find out. She would always be like, "Oh yea, uhh should be ... uhh, let me check."
