I assist those who believe they have suffered an adverse employment action with filing a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and represent them in any mediation or federal court lawsuits resulting from that charge.

I assist employees with determining if they have been treated illegally in the workplace. In addition, I review employment contracts and separation agreements for professionals to ensure their rights are protected.

I assist any person in civil litigation with either bringing a lawsuit or defending against a lawsuit brought against them.

I specialize in representing victims of sexual harassment in the workplace. I assist them in negotiating with their employer prior to filing an EEOC charge to see if a resolution can be reached, or if not going forward and filing a federal suit.
