Very disappointed with my experience with Evelyn Keaton representing me on an Indiana speeding ticket. I paid over $500 and ultimately received no better result than if I had simply pleaded guilty myself. The officer’s report listed my vehicle as white when the truck he stopped was actually red, and ...I was told LIDAR was used but was never shown or made aware of evidence verifying the reading, calibration, or testing. I felt my attorney simply went along with what the judge said rather than strongly advocating for me. I’m not local and live roughly 1,500 miles away, so realistically defending the case myself was extremely difficult. Based on my experience, save your money—represent yourself and use ChatGPT; I honestly feel I would have been better off.
