My son got himself into some trouble and I contacted Zach. He never spoke to or seen my son for 4 months and refused to go and see him until 4 months later and only because I was extremely upset. He refused to put transport orders in for my son. That caused him to do a total of 8 extra months. I try ...to give people grace but I paid them close to 10,000 and they literally did nothing to help.
