Nick LaVella, excellent SSDI Atty.

Nick's accurate insight & knowledge of the SSDI process & understanding of the final appeal to be heard by the ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) was expertly handled by Nick creating a very detailed document with all of my medical history. Nick's precise timing allowed the ALJ to review my case & ...issue a positive finding in my SSDI Case without my having to appear before the ALJ. What a relief this was after such a long battle. Then, Nick's detailed knowledge & timing once again paid off as he diligently followed up with the key people in the SSDI Payment Office. Because of this, I next followed Nick's detailed instructions to provide the required confirmation of all my personal information which allowed my file to be closed with all positive levels of approval. Fantastic support & very kind understanding by Nick from beginning to end!

"Nick is very knowledgeable about disability insurance and Social Security disability law. He works hard to represent his clients so that they have the best chance of success at receiving disability benefits. I would highly recommend Nick for your disability case."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
