Christopher Edward Clark

I have been practicing law in Indiana since 1995, and have been with the law firm of Goodin Abernathy, LLP since 1997. I have spent much of that time working for various insurance companies, defending their insureds in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law cases. This experience has been invaluable to me as I have have shifted my practice almost exclusively to representing clients who have been injured or killed in an accident, or suffered from discrimination in the workplace. Having represented clients on both sides of a lawsuit gives me a unique perspective on how insurance companies evaluate risk, and has afforded me the opportunity to try numerous jury trials.
