Biography
As an Assistant United States Attorney, Kathleen M. Sweeney was known for her aggressive investigations and prosecutions in the white collar crime area. After thirteen years of public service including experience as a sex crimes and child abuse prosecutor, Indiana trial lawyer Kathleen Sweeney opened her own law practice in Indianapolis in 1998.
She decided her calling was to defend the rights of the people and small businesses, so Ms. Sweeney's practice is limited to representing:
•those accused of crimes,
•employees who have been terminated or experience workplace discrimination,
•people who have been harmed and harassed at their workplace, at their school or by police,
• people harmed in personal injury accidents and
• those whose constitutional rights have been violated.
