Judy Gale Hester

Lady answering the phone sounds like she either hates her job or is just flat out lazy. When asked a simple question of whether Judy gives a free consultation she said "hmm, their website doesnt mention if theres a fee" (no duh) then continued to ask for my ph no, email address, zip code, (all unders...tandable since this was probably protocol) then my physical address...Im sure more questions were to follow. I just had a simple question but could not get an answer to save my life. Moving on to another attorney and didnt even get my foot in the door!

Judy Hester represented me in a divorce settlement. She convinced me that a 60/40 split of assets, favoring the woman with 60% of the marital estate, was the norm in Indiana. She also convinced me that it is perfectly normal to give half of one’s pension in a QDRO as part of the settlement. I learned... later that these two statements are both false, but it was too late by then. My ex-wife will get a sizeable portion of my pension income for the rest of my life. It is difficult to estimate the enormous financial loss that Judy Hester has caused me.
