Biography
Joseph E. Allman has been a Union-side labor lawyer representing injured and wrongfully killed Hoosiers in state and federal court in automobile collisions, products liability, slip and fall and mold exposure cases for over two decades. He has represented employees in state and federal courts in sexual harassment, race, age, gender and disability discrimination. He has represented dozens of Hoosiers for Social Security Disability claims. He also represents Miners and their families for Black Lung benefits.
