Carman explained all the details of this process and answered all my questions. My part in this was pretty simple, just had to provide my info and it took just a little over 30 days.

Nothing exceptional
She failed to check paperwork that another lawyer submitted. But she communicated and charged me for that service indicated she filled the paperwork out.

Not concerned nor compassionate
This woman comes off very rude and incredibly too harsh on being an attorney..I expected her to do this in court to the opposite party while representing me but as I noticed after retaining her she always seem to be irritable and only spoke to me 3 times before court and was very brief...Like what y...

Replied last November 05, 2020Sorry that you feel this way. I take pride in preparation and also communicating with my clients. That does not mean that clients will always agree which sometimes makes them feel as if I'm not listening, but I am. However, it is my legal duty and responsibility to provide clients with the pros/cons and tell them if they're wrong and explain the law. That may mean that we disagree, but that's very different from being rude, not caring or inconsiderate. I am an honest attorney and you have to be able to handle that and my strong personality which is how I prepare and fight for my clients. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on this specific situation since you failed to leave your name. Therefore, I cannot reach out to you directly nor do I have any idea what case this is. Cursed at me
I called her seeking representation, she was very rude and I hung up on her , she called me back and cursed me out , very bad attitude and very unprofessional.

After hiring and paying Carman Malone in FULL. She refused to further help our family with the same case until we paid for an extra service.
