OUTCOME: Dismissed

A young college student was charged with Rape, a Level 2 Felony. He was adamant that he did not commit this or any other crime. He did not know the victim. He was certain that they identified the wrong ... black male. After discovery, taped statements and other information, it was determined that my client was telling the truth. The State dismissed all charges against my client.
