I was falsely accused, cussed out and arrested and spent 3 nights in Hancock County Jail with no bond and I had no criminal record. Hancock County Police Dept. McCordsville, IN falsely accused me of neglect two different cases 3 months apart. It took 9 months before I could go to court to prove my i...nnocence. My Excellent Attorney Carman Leann Malone won my cases. Prove my innocence. State appointed guardian abandoned my special needs son to the streets for a month, out in the cold no medications, dropped him in front of a homeless shelter, when he mentally unstable and confused and scared. He was told they would bring him to his mother. But instead left him in the streets. that evening his head was busted open and almost died. This is pure neglected by the State and the State appointed guardian, but charges of neglect weren't brought against them. Where is the justice in that. She's good at what she does my son had 6 charges charges robbery gun charge taking a concealed weapon from somebody on camera Just several 17 Shut up 4 months to his 18th birthday and she got him to still be charged as a juvenile so his record would not follow him when he turned 18 She definitely was... a blessing to me and my son and i highly recommend her and if I ever needed her again which I hope I don't I will definitely use her again.
