I would never recommend Brooke Bernhardt. Our case should have been simple but she would speak with opposing counsel and drug the case out so long, in my opinion, to generate for revenue. We needed someone aggressive. We had plenty of evidence and it still amazes me how she would just ‘forget’ to in...clude it or follow up. You’re better off representing yourself.

Brooke is a great lawyer who should be commended for her hard work and results. She took the time to work with me (out of state) and help me reach my goals. I am a father who had become very frustrated with lawyers who do not take time to consider the uniqueness of each case.
