I had Brooke Bernhardt as an attorney and it was the absolute worst representation (if you can call it that) she missed a court date and didn't tell me, never got in contact with me except to ask for more money. I wasted my entire retainer fee for an attorney that was more worried about her social li...fe than my case. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Brooke seems extremely competent, but do not be fooled. She will keep you on the phone to increase the costs as well as charge for revisions of documents even when they are due to errors on the law office. Another thing to watch out for are multiple incorrect filings which also adds to the bill. Her ...performance in the court room setting was disappointing as she was repeatedly pushed around by opposing counsel. All the monies spent felt wasted. If I had known what I know now, I would have never hired her. I would highly recommend seeking different counsel for representation. Hopefully this helps others in doing so.

I would 100% Recommend Brooke Bernhardt at Winkler-York Law office! If you are tired of playing games and want an attorney that will go in fighting and not stop until you see results then she is the one! When my husbands ex wife decided to take away visitation on her own we were tired of playing g...ames and i went online and searched for aggressive attorneys and York Winkler Law Firm popped up, I called the office and Brooke took our case she has kept us in the loop the whole time, she returns phone calls and emails and she will not stop until she helps you! I am happy to say that my husband has his visitation back now and we could not be happier! Brooke is wonderful!
