Biography
Tina Bell’s entire legal career has focused on one area of the law: medical malpractice. Just as there are two sides to any coin, there are two sides to a medical malpractice claim. And Tina knows both sides. As a former defense attorney who represented doctors, nurses, hospitals and their insurance companies, Tina learned the tactics used by the defense side. She now represents the victims of medical negligence and uses that knowledge to the advantage of her clients.
If there was one word to describe Tina, it’s commitment. It is seen in all of her activities, from training for her latest marathon to taking on leadership roles within her church to mentoring the young attorneys here at the firm. Her commitment led her to become the first person in her family to go to college and the first to get a law degree.
That commitment is also seen in the work she does for her clients. Tina takes the time to get to know her clients as well as their case. She commits herself to being their advocate. Whether in the courtroom or discussing settlement with the defense, Tina works towards one goal: getting her clients the best possible outcome.
