I was charged with a serious crime. I knew I probably wouldn’t get a plea agreement. So I was recommended to hire Mr. Wruble. He worked hard to prepare for my trial. I had contacted Mr.Wruble and went into meet with him at his office the same day.H e explained to me the difference between a court appointed attorney and a hired a attorney as I told him about my particular case. Then he told me what would happen at my first court date which was my arraignment sens...e I was already out on bond.He explained what to do that day in court and at that time I didn't need representation and to make a decision about if I would like to retain him and let him know in a couple of weeks.He had explained that he did not like to take on to many cases at once so that he could give each case the focused time that they would require. Then I went to court (my arraignment) and was offered a court appointed attorney except under the circumstances I felt that after Stan had explained to me already that a court appointed attorney may or may not work for you. I then denied the court appointed attorney and then the next day at my parents home I had time to read my charges since there was a restraining order against me to return to my residence.Then after I had read the charges which the state had beefed up against me I immediately contacted Mr.Wruble and hired him that day and the charges were that I had committed the felony domestic battery and domestic battery against my wife and daughter well to shorten it up now Stan had met with my wife and daughter right away to get there story and then a few more weeks went by and we were back in court and Stan had my wife show up to state to the judge that she had temporarily moved out of our home that she no longer resided there but the judge wanted that in writing from her and Stan took care of that and got it straight to the prosecutor and also got me back into my home at that court date and then dates were set for trial since I didn't plead guilty.Then a few more weeks past and Stan had the prosecutor meet with my wife and daughter and right after they did they contacted MR Wruble.And the next day Stan had received a plea agreement for me which was for the felony battery and misdemeanor battery to be dropped with a added count of disorderly conduct and time served and the state removed the restraining order against me towards my family and every was finished up within the next few weeks after my last court date for the plea to be entered. Stan had handled my case professionally and enthusiastically and I couldn't of had a better attorney than Mr. Wruble
