I hired Mr. Williams To represent me he took my money and didn’t do anything. He refuse to file anything in my defense at one point a time I called Mr. Williams from the jail phone and he told me he was not my slave, and I only was asking for a update about my case He lied to me several times he fina...lly said that he was going to get off of my case, So I had someone put a review up on his page. He stalked That person and threaten them saying he was going to file a lawsuit Against them if they did not take down the review, Mr. Williams got me out of $15,000 When I asked him for my money back, he told me that I owe him, but he only charged me a flat fee of $15,000 to take my case to trial and put in a motion to suppress In which he never did he told me that he charged me by the hour, but didn’t tell me what he charged per hour and said that in the Contract once I terminated him it goes by the hour So I asked him for an accounting Of the work he did that was over a year ago. He never sent me anything. mr. Williams has made several excuses and making up things to charge me per hour he claimed he charged me for the phone call from the jail of me, calling to check and get an update about the case, and that he was researching the motion to suppress and compassionate relief but a compassionate relief Is a post conviction relief and I wasn’t sentenced but yet all these things that he said he worked Tirelessly doing he has not sent me in all in all Mr. Williams is a con artist. I highly recommend that no one hires him as your attorney during consultation. He will tell you what you want to hear and say that he would do everything. You want him to do, but he is a liar and he will take your money so for all the people that see this please take this in heed Mr. Williams is only out for Money And doesn’t care what method he uses to con somebody out of their money I am still contacting Mr. Williams trying to get a invoice of what he billed Me for.
