I hired Scott Bieniek for myself due to having gotten in trouble for a 3rd OWI and needed to have some respresentation. Now I never heard of him or had any talk about him. Just was walking around outside of courthouse and found his office on the square and I am so so glad that I found him. I don’t be...lieve I could have hired a better attorney for the upcoming court hearing and the trouble I had gotten in. He really took the time to listen to me and explain as well how certain things worked and how the outcome could potentially be. Very well mannered and also talks to you on lamens terms as well. We all know you want a professional in the courtroom and a buddy in a sense outside of there to put you in check every once in awhile. He worked with me and explained all outcomes and what he could offer. I would have to say for the money that I paid and the service I gotten I couldn’t beat it anywhere else. He is very smart and knows the law like the back of his hand. Also if there is something he does not know, trust me he will research and find out exactly what it is and all possibilities. I want to thank him very much for working for me and doing suck an excellent job. Also Cassie in the office is very great at handling matters and considerate.

Scott is exceptional! He is a very down to earth, humble person who sincerely cares about the people he represents and the work he does. I went through a year long divorce and Scott was more than helpful every step of the way. He is extremely intelligent and will never steer you in the wrong directio...n. He often said "You pay me too much for me to not be honest with you." I greatly appreciated his sincerity and dedication. I have had friends who have complained about paying expensive attorney fees for lawyers who seem as if they don't even care. Scott was definitely not that way! I will go through Scott from here on out with any legal matters that may come up. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work!

I won't give particulars,, but just in one hearing Scott changed my daughters life for the better. She has a chance to grow and go to school and learn and live like a child should. I know the feeling of putting a retainer down for legal fees is overwhelming and you feel it is so much,,but the reality... is that if you retain Scott he is very honest, shoots you straight, and he gets things done for you and you will definitely be glad you did!!
