Biography
I live in Greencastle with my wife, Ashley. We used to run half marathons together–we even ran one on our wedding day. In case you were wondering, Ashley routinely smoked me. These days we spend more time chasing our daughters than running races. I swear our girls are doing their best to turn my hair white and my dress shirts pink. Ashley says that I'm really going to be in trouble when they are teenagers.
I am an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Greencastle. Although I gave up on my goal of being a professional athlete years ago, I still play on the church’s basketball and softball teams. If you ever see me play, you will probably agree I made the right choice by going to law school.

Character
How anybody can represent someone dead set on keeping a child away from someone willing and able to be there is the 2nd cruelest thing you can do. The 1st being his client, who wishes to use a child as a weapon and lie lie lie about everything.

The decision by a parent to file a request to suspend or restrict parenting time is difficult. If such a request was filed, I can only say that a child’s physical or mental health was at risk. Possible causes could include criminal activity, substance abuse, and/or mental health issues.
