I hired Scott Bieniek for myself due to having gotten in trouble for a 3rd OWI and needed to have some respresentation. Now I never heard of him or had any talk about him. Just was walking around outside of courthouse and found his office on the square and I am so so glad that I found him. I don’t be...lieve I could have hired a better attorney for the upcoming court hearing and the trouble I had gotten in. He really took the time to listen to me and explain as well how certain things worked and how the outcome could potentially be. Very well mannered and also talks to you on lamens terms as well. We all know you want a professional in the courtroom and a buddy in a sense outside of there to put you in check every once in awhile. He worked with me and explained all outcomes and what he could offer. I would have to say for the money that I paid and the service I gotten I couldn’t beat it anywhere else. He is very smart and knows the law like the back of his hand. Also if there is something he does not know, trust me he will research and find out exactly what it is and all possibilities.
