About Katherine
Biography
I concentrate my practice on family law as a certified Family Law Specialist from the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. My practice includes adoption, legal separations, divorce, a wide range of custody issues and visitation. I also focus on guardianships, paternity issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in addition to handling appellate cases.
I received y undergraduate degree in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University in 1997. I graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in 2001. That same year, I was admitted as a member of the Indiana State Bar and both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana of the United States District Court. I am also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
I proudly represent people from all over the state of Indiana.
In addition to my membership in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association, I believe in giving back to the community through volunteering for worthwhile causes. I am especially passionate about advocating for children and am a volunteer for Kids Voice of Indiana, where I was honored to receive their award for volunteer of the year in 2018.
