After filling out an online form, he emailed back with some options to continue and complete everything on computer so really one never has to go to the office. I think... you can pay online too. But I decided to make an appointment to discuss the matter in person. After a day, I went to visit Mr. Duepner at his office, paid my money (a fair cost) and a day later it was all in motion.
