Hire Joe Duepner if you want your case buried in the desk of his junior associate Dominic DeSando who's practiced law a whopping 3 years. Expect written instructions ignored, the case filed in the wrong jurisdiction, documents supplied by the other party somehow not reaching Dominic's desk so he file...s unnecessary orders he has to vacate, and expect them to blame YOU. Expect to be manipulated, gaslighted, insulted and emotionally abused for trying to get the service you paid for. You will feel like you should be recording phone conversations to prove your own sanity. You will know you not only wasted money, but had your case derailed. You will feel violated by these parasites and they will be annoyed you're not another small town bumpkin they can lie to and walk all over. My best advice if you've already hired these people and experienced bad service is don't complain or try to resolve matters, because there will be underhanded retaliation if you do. That's the level these people are on, morally. Just get away as quick as possible, hire someone better, and file a complaint with the Indiana Bar Association. These people are powerful in their little red town, and they sadly are not decent human beings.
