As a Business Owner, I founded ASCEND ATHLETICS in 2019. With ASCEND, I manage all legal matters for our NFL Clients, including contract negotiations, marketing and sponsorship negotiations, fine appeals and grievances, LLC formation, business due diligence, intellectual property protection, commercial litigation, and personal legal matters for clients and their families.

• Lead negotiations in marketing, endorsement, and sponsorship deals on behalf of our NFL clients.
• Support and prepare our clients for the NFL Combine, Pro Day, and NFL Draft.
• Advise clients on financial planning and responsibility, charitable foundations, and post-career.
• Evaluate, travel, and recruit NFL Draft-Eligible college football players.

As an Entrepreneur, I help establish and create overall company visions and business plans, identify strategic partners and investors, develop and implement corporate marketing and branding strategies, manage company leadership and direction, set goals and implement company culture, and oversee staff and day-to-day operations.

As an Attorney--for nearly 20 years--I have served a diverse range of clients throughout the country, typically on matters involving complex litigation. To that end, I continue to concentrate my practice in the areas of Entertainment Law, White Collar and Major Felony Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Corporate Litigation.
