Criminal family conundrum

In late 2015 I found myself charged with domestic battery along with a handful of other charges related to the incident. I will spare the gory details, but in short the charges were extremely overblown and based on an over exaggerated and sometimes completely false narrative. With all the charges com...piled against me I was looking at 5-10 years in prison. Needless to say I was in complete shock and horror until my first meeting with Randy. Walking out of his office I felt like the entire weight of the situation was gone, and I could breathe again. In the end I took a plea deal and was sentenced to 2 1/2 years probation and some court ordered classes with the opportunity to be done with probation after a year along with the worse to the two charges I plead guilty to dropped. What Randy did was nothing short of a miracle. As much as that impressed me however, I was more impressed with the outcome of my divorce which was filed almost immediately after my arrest. I was scared to death that I was going to be cut out of my young daughter's life completely. Randy handled that case concurrent with my criminal case. He expertly maneuvered the system to put off any action in the divorce until my criminal case was done to give me a fighting chance. This was the source of some impatient frustration from me. Randy continuously reassured me that although he understood how painful it was to keep waiting to knuckle down for my parental rights, we had to win the campaign not just the little battles. With Randy's help I found myself in a situation where my wife was willing to agree to a 40/60 physical custody share as well as joint legal custody. He also did some leveraging on child support to a reasonable figure that I was very happy with. I guess all this is to simply say that Randy took the most horrific time of my life and turned it into an unbelievable good outcome. I hope I never find myself in the need of his services again. If I do however, I will without hesitation give him a call. Having Randy by your side is worth every penny.

Outstanding Lawyer

In February of 2016, I entered into a position of needing a criminal defense lawyer. I had never needed one prior, nor ever thought I would need one. When the incidence occurred I was referred by a mutual entity to Mr. Fisher. I was scared and worried about my case and didn't know at all what to expe...ct. From our very first meeting, Randy made sure I was aware of everything that would happen and the courses of action we could take. He made sure I understood each and every aspect of what my case entailed and how each different approach could turn out before WE decided the next move. He truly "had my back" from the start of the case to the very end. He has an extremely kind demeanor, and he knew how hard I was taking the situation, so he took extra time to make sure I knew he would do everything he could to assist me. I will forever be thankful for his diligent work and knowledge of the law and the court system. I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome of my case and I have referred him and will continue to refer him to anyone I know in need of his outstanding legal counsel capabilities.

The real deal. True professional

6 years ago I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop on Interstate 69 northbound lanes. I worked late and was in a hurry to pick up formula for my newborn. When I was asked if they deputy and his other deputy could search the vehicle I was shocked I had only been going 8 mph over to begin with. ... The deputy had already scanned my vehicle with his flashlight and had spotted my Smith and Wesson 9mm. He asked if I had any weapons in the vehiclle, I informed the sherrifs deputy I had a handgun in the vehicle, as a courtesy to the officer, and presented him with my handgun permit. What I didnt know was the permit expired 5 months earlier. I had been extremely busy buying a home, having my first child and transitioning from be an active duty Marine. I was taken to the station for carrying a concealed firearm with out permit. I appeared in court the next day and doing what I thought was honorable and the right thing, I plead guilty to the charges not aware of the absurd charges. I was facing 365 days in jail. The court suspended that slapped me with home detention and large, very large fines. I had only ever had one ticket prior. Having family in law enforcement I would never know king break the law. The guided me to Randy. Randy did the unthinkable. Not only did he reverse my quilt plea, he got all my money and firearm back. The unbelievable part is the state re issued me a gun permit during our 7 month trial. All said and done , my life would be totally different if it were not for Randy Fisher. My lawyer, my savior, my friend now of 6yrs. The other gentleman who left a poor review for Randy Fisher I am sure did not tell the whole story. Randy is far from lazy. Was the most persistent lawyer in the courts system. I appeared many times during my trail and saw lawyers who could careless for their client. I did pay Randy a large sum. He deserved every penny. I was wrong and he helped me make it right. He also called me on several occasions just to check on my well being and to let me know he had everything under control. Amazing lawyer. Amazing person.

Working Miracles

I went to Randy Fisher about 2 years ago after being charged with 14 felonies. It was a surreal, life-altering, devastating situation for me. I was scared, confused, and at a complete loss for I had no knowledge of just how cruel and harsh the justice system is. Randy Fisher came HIGHLY recommended t...o me by numerous people. Upon meeting with him, I instantly felt a sense of relief. He didn't sugar-coat my situation or pretend that it wasn't a big deal. He laid out the facts and he graciously informed me of the reality I was facing. I can't tell you how insulting it was to meet with lawyer after lawyer...each of them pretending like 14 felonies was an "easy fix". Fisher was sincere from beginning to end. He guided me through the scariest experience of my life and was reliable every step of the way. Randy Fisher has a great reputation with the prosecutor and judges. They showed an obvious respect for him that was very reassuring. You WILL NOT find a better lawyer. With 14 felonies (most of them C's) I was looking at 20+ years in prison. I never saw the inside of a jail cell except upon my initial arrest. Amazing lawyer!
