Criminal family conundrum

In late 2015 I found myself charged with domestic battery along with a handful of other charges related to the incident. I will spare the gory details, but in short the charges were extremely overblown and based on an over exaggerated and sometimes completely false narrative. With all the charges com...piled against me I was looking at 5-10 years in prison. Needless to say I was in complete shock and horror until my first meeting with Randy. Walking out of his office I felt like the entire weight of the situation was gone, and I could breathe again. In the end I took a plea deal and was sentenced to 2 1/2 years probation and some court ordered classes with the opportunity to be done with probation after a year along with the worse to the two charges I plead guilty to dropped. What Randy did was nothing short of a miracle. As much as that impressed me however, I was more impressed with the outcome of my divorce which was filed almost immediately after my arrest. I was scared to death that I was going to be cut out of my young daughter's life completely. Randy handled that case concurrent with my criminal case. He expertly maneuvered the system to put off any action in the divorce until my criminal case was done to give me a fighting chance. This was the source of some impatient frustration from me. Randy continuously reassured me that although he understood how painful it was to keep waiting to knuckle down for my parental rights, we had to win the campaign not just the little battles. With Randy's help I found myself in a situation where my wife was willing to agree to a 40/60 physical custody share as well as joint legal custody. He also did some leveraging on child support to a reasonable figure that I was very happy with. I guess all this is to simply say that Randy took the most horrific time of my life and turned it into an unbelievable good outcome. I hope I never find myself in the need of his services again. If I do however, I will without hesitation give him a call. Having Randy by your side is worth every penny.

Personable & Proffesionable Lawyer

8yrs ago, I turned to Randy Fisher for a custody situation after being highly recommended. As a new, single Mom of an infant - like any other Mother or Father - I was terrified of what the outcome would be. Having only 1 week to prepare for the court date, he STILL managed to send me out of his law f...irm that day with the confidence I needed and assurance everything would work out. He did so by keeping it honest and not sugar coating anything.. ultimately not making me wonder if it's "too good to be true." I didn't want to hear what I wanted to happen; I simply wanted to hear the truth of scenarios that COULD happen, the probability each scenario had, and what he needed from me to help propel the case in direction of my favor. 18mo later, the case was resolved in a 4-party meeting and we NEVER went in front of a judge. Also? It was finalized to my satisfaction in such perfection that to this day the same custody agreement is still in effect and has never been revised, nor does it need to be. Randy is not only professional, he is exceptionally personable, too. When he sees me in public, he assures to call me by my first name and ask how everything is. He reminds me he is there if I EVER need anything. From the 1st day I met Randy, I have recommended anyone and everyone to him from traffic violations to custody battles and more. I have had numerous people take my word. In fact, just a few short months ago, there was a single mom that fired her attorney and hired Randy instead. She, too, walked out of his practice with 99lbs off her shoulders and 99 tear drops running down her cheeks in such "awe" knowing she was now being represented by a passionate, determined lawyer. As I will need to be visiting Randy again soon for traffic violations, I want to say I am frustrated and/or nervous.. but I can't. I know I have excelling representation and with that alone, I can sleep better at night.

Randy Fisher's Review

I am not a frequent customer of Defense lawyers, so after putting myself in a position to have to choose one, I believe that I was lucky to have gotten Randy Fisher as a choice. Randy is very knowledgeable of the Allen County court system that I was involved in and I felt confident he had my best in...terest in mind at all times.
