Atty Haines never answered a single email or phone call more than 1 min to tell him I was entering courthouse; he never gave any advice & was unable to atty in court; his hands visible shook; he was unable unwilling to stand up address Judge; he bilked me & made me pay for 4 hrs of waiting inside hal...lway when he did not need to; he only needed 5 mins in court but never called; he charged me to walk me to my ride & criticized a woman of color in new car hatefully, he also did not know case law or how to speak at all; scared & cowardly he lost my case & I lost over 1 yr annual salary to him; I requested full refund or be sanctioned by grievance board; he has not responded; he doesnt know the law; he is like a parking meter who collects money silently

Mr. Hains is largely unresponsive and drags his feet getting even the most simple of tasks done. He refuses to fight for your best interest, and allows the other party to do whatever they want. When you need him to respond when you've got a problem or question, you either get a very delayed response,... or nothing at all. Don't waste your money and go elsewhere. I wish I had.

He gave me bad advice. His communication was lacking! He was very slow to respond to emails and voicemails or often even completely unresponsive to them. He didn't file a petition after clearly stating that he would which caused significant complications and delays. He is very passive and wants to ...handle everything amicably. If you need someone willing to fight for you he is not your guy. His interest in representing me faded away quickly when it became evident that the divorce was going to be quite challenging. I got very little results for the money spent.

Very poor attorney with sub par communication. He has no paralegal and doesn't respond timely to any questions. There are times it took weeks for him to get back to you if at all. If you looking for someone to fight for you this is not your person. He will lay down the minute the going gets tou...gh. He will Nickle and dime you to death until your out of funds with no resolution to your problem. This was the absolute worst representation that I have ever been a part of or witnessed.
