In the course of the jury’s deliberations, the Porter Superior Court responded to a question from the jury about certain jury instructions. Ultimately, the jury found Ronco guilty of resisting law enfo ... rcement and disorderly conduct. The Court of Appeals reversed the convictions, deciding that the trial court’s response was reversible error. See Ronco v. State, 840 N.E.2d 368 (Ind. Ct. App. 2006), vacated. The Supreme Court has granted a petition to transfer the case, thus vacating the opinion of the Court of Appeals, and has assumed jurisdiction over the appeal
