Chris Gilley is the absolute BEST ATTORNEY if not just in Indiana quite possibly on the PLANET! I am a mother of two. My daughter is 18 and my son is 17. My son had been kept away from me for 8 months. Chris got my parenting time back and established the amount of child support rendered in a fair... manner! If I had any problems all I had to do was text Chris and he was THERE! I don’t believe there are many Attorneys out there that would give out their cell number and respond in a timely manner EVEN on a weekend! HE DID! He KNOWS the Law and he is a man of integrity and character as evidenced by his discretion of accepting cases that he feels are genuine! He won’t just represent people for his own personal gain! He represents people for PURPOSE! He actually ENSURES you feel comfortable, confident and secure in your endeavors! He absolutely brought back to the table EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY request I had! Chris fights FOR you! There is no better person to have by your side if you are like me and have suffered from deplorable injustices in Family Court in the past! My ONLY regret is that I didn’t have Chris when my initial divorce/custody issues began 8 years ago! However, my past bad experiences with another Attorney has been erased due to having Chris who has surpassed any and all expectations I could of had! Now I have BOTH of my children! For those reading this PLEASE love your children more than you hate your X! PARENTAL ALIENATION IS REAL! It is so much easier to do the RIGHT THING and raise well-adjusted happy children than it is to try and fix broken adults! CHRIS GILLEY GETS IT!!!

I repeat... Truly one of the good ones. I was placed in an extremely difficult scenario after an unexpected and untimely death of a loved one. Mr. Gilley took the time to truly explain to me all of my options and through his honesty prevented me from making any emotional/irrational decisions. ...Beyond his obvious expertise, his biggest asset is his compassion. I felt he was personally and emotionally invested both in me as a client and the case. I have been utilizing Chris’ service for 4 years now. What i love about Chris is that he genuinely cares about his clients and you can relly tell that he is passionionate about what he does. I had a civil hearing regarding the custody of my son. Chris did a hell of a job in there! I’m happy to say th...at I was awarded custody of my son thanks to Chris. My son hired Chris Gilley after getting arrested. I talked to Chris and was told how much I needed to pay for his services. I made arrangements for these payments. Chris told me to call anytime with questions. When I would call for updates I was always told Chris is in court. I would leave messa...ges and request callbacks. I never received a call back or receive an update on my son;s case. Finally I told the office I would not make another payment until I heard back from Chris. I then received a callback in a couple of hours. I met Chris at the courthouse and a plea agreement was reached. I believe Chris did a great job in this negotiation and was pleased with the result. I was told there would be one last hearing to accept the agreement and my son would be released before the holidays. I received a call the next day from Chris Gilley's para legal. I was informed I would have to pay two thousand more dollars or the final hearing would be delayed. I was told if the hearing was delayed my son would stay incarcerated thru the holidays and after the new year. Chris did allow me to make payments and he attended the hearing as scheduled. I believe i could have received similar or better service from a different firm without the headaches. I did not like the threat of keeping my son incarcerated as a method of forcing me to agree to pay more money. I wish someone had told me of this additional cost before it was agreed to have Chris handle the case. I did not like the total lack of communication. Chris talked to me once and never talked to my son outside of the courthouse.
