Chris is an Ally of the Military

Chris did an outstanding job. I am an Active Duty soldier in the Army stationed in Alaska and needed Chris's help expunging my record for career progression. As a result of being located over 1,000 miles away, not knowing Chris personally, and dealing with a 4 hour time difference I was a little bit ...worried of the results I was getting when I hired Chris to help me out. Best decision I've made. Chris was efficient, fast, polite, handled everything, answered all of my questions, and had fair military pricing. I recommend Chris to all active / retired SM's, or just anyone in general. Thank you again man.

Ineffective and incompetent

This guy called me back asked to hear my story. But only heard a total of 30 words of my story. Told me to move onto the current issue and I explained that what Indiana statute stated and controlling authorities says. He tells me good luck with that argument and Hope's I win but doubts it. His proble...m is he didn't even look into it before deciding that he wasn't gonna take the case or at the very least look into it. Most attorneys at least look into it to see if there is something there. He didn't. Other attorneys told me my issue was real but they couldn't take me on right now, that had it not been such short notice they would have helped me. Then he didn't even want to hear the rest of my story in regards to other issues that I wanted to have him help me with. His demeanor change right away when I told him the issue at hand was. Prior to that he was I don't know nicer and more willing to help. But soon as he learned what it involoved his whole attitude and demeanor changed. Just because they say they help all manner of cases isn't true. Mine involved a cop and though I took a plea it was under duress, coercion, and forced perjury. I can actually prove it, I obtained later evidence that exonerates me and shows prosecutors, counsel and police knew it. Yet the court still denied my p.c. and because I'm no attorney I couldn't prepare the appeal right and failed because of it. I also learned my arrest and confinement was never legal or constitutional, meaning my conviction was as well. Other evidence obtained further proved my conviction/plea agreement is not legally enforceable and unconstitutional. I have evidence of corruption of the police, prosecutors, co-counsel, and the judge. Evidence the clerk of the court provided who conveniently was replaced soon after. Now I learn that the public defenders office has destroyed the case file when they are not supposed to do, prosecutors done the same biased on what was said to me by them, the clerk of the court and court reporter is refusing to give me records and recordings that is supposed to be made available. There much more but this attorney didn't care to hear me out. I called and his partner actually told me I have p.c. issues but one of the issues his partner Gilley knows more of. So he wanted me to talk to him about that one issue. But as said Gilley refused to know his facts before turning me down on that issue. Then he wouldn't even continue with the other issues his partner said were legit issues. I'm a non certified paralegal with 10 years of experience going on 11. I made sure to research and have all the statutes, rules, and authorities that concur and affirm that what issues I have and don't. Attorneys are always annoyed when someone knows what they are talking about and know law and ain't even one of them. I know more about the law then this guy. I may not know all the complex language, philosophy, and histories of law. Have access to all the forms and resources he has. But I know more of the law. He's just a mouth piece. Paralegal are the ones who do the real work and actually knows more of the law than the attorneys. Attorneys do the talking and presenting. They haven't the time to do research, investigating, and preparing and litigating in court. The only thing they actually do is the actual court stuff. So normal good attorneys will hear your story and tell you they'll look into it then get back with you. He didn't he just out right ditched me. Even his partner said my issues isn't your run of the mill issue. So he didn't know, not many do. Other attorneys I talked to looked it up and found I was right. My issue is real and told me if it wasn't such short notice they would help. Because my issue really is short notice and I knew it. But they actually took the time to look it up before making a decision. Thus guy didn't and even refused to hear my other issues I wanted to hire him for. He's trash and shouldn't be an attorney if he's gonna be that way. Don't hire.

NOT ENOUGH STARS TO COMPLIMENT THIS MAN

After 3 years of fighting for TIME with my kids with my previous, worthless attorney, Chris was recommended to me. Unfortunately, it took a year to get in front of a judge. Finally, April and twice in June of this year, we appeared before the judge that had 100% rewarded my ex wife (and parental alie...nator) everything. In three hearings (pending the fourth and final), he proved my ex to be that alienator, got the judge to have sympathy for my situation and even asked, in front of both attorneys "How can we get this man more time with his children? He's suffered enough." He even turned my ex-wife into our best witness. I have cried so many tears of pain missing my kids that live 6 blocks away. He canceled all of her lies in front of the judge and even caught her telling some. The past 48 hours, I've cried tears of JOY because of altering a couple things in my life, I can get 50/50 custody. CHRIS...I can't thank you enough, brother! EVERYONE THAT NEEDS AN ADVOCATE FOR PARENTAL RIGHTS NEEDS CHRIS GILLEY!!!!

Outstanding Attorney

When it comes to custody of your child, you want the best lawyer! Chris truly cares, my sons and I couldn’t be happier for everything he’s done for us. I hired/fired three different attorneys, before I met Chris. The others didn’t care and made me feel like I was just a paycheck. I met Chris through ...a mutual friend and knew he was the one. Seriously you get one shot when it comes to custody so make it count and hire Chris Gilley!
