About Morgan
Biography
Morgan Suntay received her undergraduate degree in criminology and sociology from The Ohio State University. Morgan earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, she served as President of the Honor Council and was a member of the Potter Stewart Inn of Court. Morgan was also a member of Law Review and her articleAre you my Dad? The Pitfalls of Ohio’s Paternity Rescission Statutes: Comparing Ohio’s Law to Other Jurisdictions, 83 U. Cin. L. Rev., no. 3, (2015) was published in the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
During law school, Morgan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Amy L. Searcy at the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court. Additionally, she was chosen as a fellow for the Public Interest Honors Fellowship at the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati. While at Legal Aid, Morgan assisted indigent clients in completing estate planning documents and represented clients in domestic relations matters.
Morgan lives with her husband and their two dogs in Beavercreek. She enjoys movies, reading, and spending time with her family.
Morgan is admitted to practice law in Ohio by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
