No one likes attorneys... well David Mesaros is the exception. Exceedingly fair and kind. Goes out of his way to explain the process and gives you his best opinions about which direction you should take your case. David who works with his son will work with Anne Harvey or any Atty under their dime to try to win for a father He is exceptionally biased. He doesn't care about children and their welfare, he just collects as much money as possible off anyone that will pay him. 4 Counties in Ohio all know him as a ...biased man for the father. He isn't above lying. He won't read documents or call a single witness from a female because he is old and a pure misogynist. He has a list of attorneys locally that beat his son in court, if you are unlucky enough to hire someone on his sh*t list, he will lie. He works also as a G.A.L. collects money on the side from both parents and always favor Anne Harvey and the father. She will request him in any court. They are a team and they are not above being detrimental to the health and well being of a kid to win. TAKE NOTE: nobody in the local Dayton area including lawyers and magistrates has a disagreeable notion with this very accurate portrayal. However, this is not the point of Ohio's children first laws. He has lost sight decades ago in favor of money. For the women, stear clear of this entire law firm!!

David helped wrap up my child custody case (which I won). After my dealings with two previous attorneys, working with David was a breath of fresh air! He takes the time to personally and thoroughly explain legal matters, and really knows family law. He is honest, and cares about his clients and their... rights.
