Billed me for time reviewing preparation for my mediation / settlement discussions. Told me I was in good shape if I got everything in my proposal. I got everything in my proposal. After the fact he told me I should have done better which tell me he never reviewed it to begin with and just billed me ...as if he did. Advised that I was smart to contest temporary orders with a magistrate but was then a nervous wreck when we actually had the hearing. Magistrate's order was worse then other party's settlement offer. Would not respond to perform finalizing paperwork after the divorce decree was complete and I had to hire a different attorney just to complete the work.
