Joseph Patrick Mizzi

I am a commercial litigation, family law, estate planning, and defense attorney practicing in Dayton, Ohio. My commercial litigation services focus on obtaining compensation for, and defending against, claims of negligent business services, negligent construction, and breaches of contract.  My estate planning services include revocable and irrevocable trust preparation. My criminal clients have typically been charged with misdemeanor crimes, such as traffic offenses. My family law practice focuses on divorces and child custody. I can handle high net-worth clients, but also people with minimal assets. I have experience successfully negotiating custody and visitation arrangements when husband and wife are on opposite ends of the spectrum. The safety of my clients and their dependents is a primary concern, which is why I will investigate home conditions, interview witnesses (including police officers), and work tirelessly to ensure that my clients and their children are secure.  I focus on what really motivates my clients and will make every effort to obtain their desired outcomes.
