After obtaining her undergraduate degree and masters degree in business administration from the University of Dayton, Theresa Baker obtained her law degree from Capital University in 1992 and has for over 22 years been dedicated to providing legal services throughout Ohio, including Montgomery, Greene, Franklin, Clark, Preble, Hamilton, Warren, and Darke Counties.

For a small consultation fee, initial conferences can be scheduled wherein all aspects of your legal matter may be discussed personally and confidentially with Theresa Baker.  We will work with all clients to develop agreeable payment plans so that legal representation is affordable.  Discounts are available for prompt full payment.

Appointments are available at the client’s convenience and work schedules, whether that be early morning or weekends.   All clients are assured that emails and telephone messages are promptly responded to and returned, and all clients are kept promptly informed of the status of their case.  Theresa Baker will personally meet with you for all conferences and will appear with you at all court or administrative hearings.
