Robert Christopher Walter

Robert Walter was born and raised in Kettering, Ohio. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University, graduating with honors with distinction after only three years of study. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2008 after earning his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates.

Rob is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also an accredited attorney representative with the VA and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims. Rob is also admitted to and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked for a legal aid office in Chillicothe, Ohio where he advocated for the poor and elderly before administrative agencies and civil courts. He regularly gives presentations at support groups and other civic organizations on Social Security and VA Disability Benefits.

Rob currently represents disabled claimants for Social Security or VA disability benefits both before administrative agencies and the federal courts. He lives with his wife in Beavercreek, Ohio.
