Took him forever to file the papers for my dissolution even though he was paid in full in advance. It has been over 9 months since then and he still has not filed the quit claim papers that were supposed to be filed the day the divorce was final. He does not return any calls and neither does his se...cretary. She always makes excuses for him.

He took money up front . He filed items in my lawsuit that weren't suppose to be in it . Now coming up to only a few days in divorce court and he can't be bothered to return 5 voicemails . Same as other reviewers . Secretary makes a thousand excuses for why this guy can't be bothered to do the job he...'s been paid for !

I hired him to finish my probate to get my house in my name. he still has not done it. Every time I call him, he never returns my calls. This has been going on almost a year. My husband passed away in 2010, and he took my money and still the probate isn't done. I gave him money up front and he sai...d the papers were on the judges desk, to be signed. That was 4 months ago. please someone help me. before I die and my house is in limbo.

Keith (was) to the point, did take his time, (no hundred phone calls per day, talks to you when need be and secretary called when need be) and, if your situation is complex, he won't rush a filing but (did) remain within due course to file a motion or petition. Bankruptcy done by him in 1999 and it w...as cut and dry, took 3 minutes in court to do a Chapter 7, (and did one for my mom in 2009 - cut & dry). I waited 60-90 days or so for court (& so what). Anyways, Divorce and other tricky proceedings are always messy and so is the legal system.
